1. General Terms and Acceptance

1.1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and 696jl (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), operated under a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By creating an account at 696jl, logging in to the platform, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any service provided by 696jl, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set forth in this Agreement.

1.2 Modifications to Terms

696jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the 696jl website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 696jl platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

1.3 Legal Jurisdiction

696jl is licensed and regulated by PAGCOR under Philippine law. All disputes arising from or related to your use of 696jl services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By using 696jl, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any legal disputes.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account at 696jl. In compliance with PAGCOR regulations, 696jl strictly prohibits minors from accessing real-money gaming services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 696jl reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

2.2 Eligibility and Prohibited Jurisdictions

696jl services are intended solely for players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay. 2.3 Account Registration Process

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

2.4 KYC Verification

In accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, 696jl requires all players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, or PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

2.5 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at 696jl. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent activity. If 696jl detects duplicate accounts, all such accounts will be closed, and any winnings or bonuses associated with those accounts will be voided and forfeited without compensation.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

Players may deposit funds into their 696jl account using approved payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and other methods as listed on the 696jl cashier page. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). All deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. 696jl does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees, which are the sole responsibility of the player.

3.2 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available account balance at any time, subject to successful completion of KYC verification and compliance with applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Two Hundred Philippine Pesos). Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes during operating hours. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 696jl reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 (Fifty Thousand Philippine Pesos) in a single transaction.

3.3 Payment Method Verification

All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 696jl player account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 696jl may require proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of your GCash account showing your full name and registered mobile number, or a bank statement showing your name and account number.

3.4 Currency and Conversion

All financial transactions at 696jl are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a payment method in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees and exchange rates, which are beyond the control of 696jl and are your sole responsibility.

3.5 Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

Any player who initiates a chargeback, reversal, or dispute of a legitimate deposit transaction through their bank or payment provider will have their 696jl account immediately suspended pending investigation. If the chargeback is found to be unjustified, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and legal action may be pursued to recover damages. Players who believe a transaction was processed in error should contact 696jl customer support directly before disputing the charge with their financial institution.

4. Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Fair Play

4.1 Game Integrity and RNG Certification

4.3 Betting Limits

696jl reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on individual wagers, maximum win limits on specific games or game categories, and overall account win limits. These limits may vary by game type, player VIP status, and promotional terms. 696jl may adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice. Players who exceed stated limits may have their bets voided and winnings confiscated.

4.4 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed at 696jl are subject to the official rules of the sport in question and the specific betting rules published on the 696jl sportsbook. In the event of a postponed, canceled, or abandoned event, bets will be settled according to 696jl sportsbook rules, which are available on the platform. 696jl reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started, bets placed on obvious errors (such as incorrect odds due to a technical glitch), and bets suspected of being placed with insider knowledge or in violation of fair play principles.

4.5 Live Casino and Disconnections

In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game round, the game round will be completed by the dealer according to standard game rules, and the outcome will be recorded. 5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded at 696jl are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements). The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means you must wager an amount equal to 30 times the bonus value before you can withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements—typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute 10% to 20%. Players must review the specific promotion terms to understand contribution rates.

5.3 Maximum Bet with Active Bonus

While a bonus is active (i.e., wagering requirements have not yet been fulfilled), players are typically restricted to a maximum bet amount per spin or hand, commonly ₱50 to ₱100 per bet. Exceeding this maximum bet limit while wagering a bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. 5.4 Bonus Expiration

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Ownership

All content on the 696jl platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 696jl or its licensed third-party providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 696jl.

7.2 Limited License to Players

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 696jl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of the 696jl platform or its content.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

696jl collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. 9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

696jl makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary service unavailability. 696jl will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable but is not obligated to do so. 696jl is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

9.2 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, 696jl's total liability to any player arising from any claim related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall 696jl be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

696jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) 696jl determines that you have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; (c) required by PAGCOR regulatory directive; (d) you have self-excluded from the platform; or (e) your account shows signs of money laundering or other financial crimes. Upon account closure, any funds held in your account balance (excluding bonuses and voided winnings) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to pending investigations.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and 696jl, you are encouraged to contact 696jl customer support in the first instance via the live chat system or by emailing [email protected]. 696jl will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve disputes within 10 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with PAGCOR's established dispute resolution procedures.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 696jl with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

No failure or delay by 696jl in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof. A waiver in one instance does not constitute a waiver of the same or any other right or provision on any other occasion.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of 696jl. 696jl may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction and without notifying you.
